Harrison Middle School is accepting applications for a Title I Paraprofessional position for the 2025-2026 school year. The position will be a full time (1.0 FTE) Primary duties will focus on working with students in Middle School under the direction of the classroom teacher. Applicants must possess one of the appropriate AQT requirements, 60 college hours or passing score for
Arkansas on ETS Praxis Paraprofessional Test. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. 
 
Harrison Middle School is seeking an individual who can:
 Provide personal care to students
 Work under the direction of the classroom teacher
 Possess the ability to stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 40 pounds
 Work with students in whole group, small group, and one-on-one settings
 Form positive relationships with parents, students and other staff members
 Demonstrate effective communication within the school community
 Assist students with academic needs
 Maintain confidentiality
