Position Description:
Title I Reading Teacher

This teacher will work in a classroom setting providing Reading instruction to adolescent learners.

Job Requirements:
1.  Meet AQT requirements
2.  Have knowledge of effective interventions for Reading
3.  Have knowledge of best practices in teaching Adolescent Literacy.
4.  Be able to disaggregate student data to make instructional decisions
5.  Effectively engage students in learning
6.  Display excellent people skills
7.  Monitor student progress using formative assessment
8.  Be able to differentiate for a wide variety of abilities in a classroom setting

Salary:
Per salary schedule
