1. Arkansas Teaching License Code: 218
2. Meet Highly Qualified Teacher status
3. Knowledge of effective instruction and disaggregation of data.
4. Effectively engage students in the classroom
5. Proficient integrating technology into the classroom
6. Display excellent people skills
7. Experience and Master’s Degree preferred
