School Health Assistant – Harrison High School
Harrison High School is accepting applications for a School Health assistant position for the 2025-2026 school year. The position will be a full-time (1.0 FTE) Primary duties will focus on working under the direction of the registered nurse and the building administrator. Applicants must possess one of the appropriate AQT requirements, 60 college hours or a passing score for Arkansas on the ETS Praxis Paraprofessional Test, and/or certified nursing assistant training.
Job Requirements:
● CPR and First Aid Certified
● Attend training as required by the District
● Possess the ability to stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 40 pounds
● Assist in the daily routine of the health clinic
● Chart student data
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Document health and immunization records
● Computer experience with word processing, data entry, required
● Maintain confidentiality
● Adhere to all district health and safety policies
Salary: Per Salary Schedule
